DH and I have been casually looking for a new home for the past several months. Last week I saw a home in my husband's favorite neighborhood and I e-mailed it to him. He contacted my mother (a real estate agent) and it turned out the house was listed with an agent in her office. She talked tot he agent and learned they had two contracts working on the house. So, we made an offer and it was accepted! Now we have a house to sell and a lot to pack in order to move into the new house. It is in a beautiful neighborhood that backs up to a horse farm on one side and a rock quarry on the other side. I am so excited!
