 First Big Holiday Without Hubby :(
Well, my pilot is still on a crappy reserve schedule, and this is his first major holiday away from home. He's having a really hard time with it. Its alittle easier for me because I'm "home" and I'm going to my family's today to be with them. We celebrated Thanksgiving with him Sunday when he was home and we had dinner with family. But, nothin beats the real thing, ya know?
To make matters worse he's been sitting alone in his hotel room feeling sorry for himself and dwelling on negative things. How do you guys handle things like this? |
