All I can say is I hope the gal ended it with that guy. At the place I worked at many years ago there was an affair going on. This guy would spend time with the girl whenever he could and then go home to his wife. This affair was very public knowledge at work but his wife didnt know. Well eventually one minor mistake was made and his DAUGHTER found out. Well it started a downward spiral that totally destroyed both relationships. The kids were devastated, it ruined both relationships forever to my knowledge. THERE ARE NO WINNERS ONLY LOSERS in these type of relationships. If the cheater really loves the other woman then he would have divorced his wife before he even started looking for someone else. Also them having the affair at work and airing all the dirty laundry totally ruined employee morale for months due to certain issues which I wont dive into here. No one ever wins in this situation. The best case scenario is dump the guy and lose all of his contact information and run like hell and never look back. This is playing with fire and everyone stands to get hurt. I still think the guy should confess and ask forgiveness of his wife but what he does is his buisness. You have the chance to avoid ruining many lifes.... good luck and god bless.
