I did the coolest thing last night and thought some of you may be interested...particularly those with kids and/or careers. It is called Dream Dinners. The concept is you set up a date and time and go to one of their locations (you can look on their website to see if there is one near you
http://dreamdinners.com ). While you are there, you prep meals that you select from their monthly menu. I spent about an hour and 45 minutes there last night and prepped 12 meals for my husband and me. It is really perfect for the nights where you are exhausted and don't feel like cooking. The best part is, you don't mess up your kitchen and while you are working in their kitchen, they clean up after you! They have an introductory offer where you can make 6 meals for $49.99 (I think), and you have to book that online. I also got to sample one of the entrees they are featuring next month and it was wonderful. I can't wait to try my clazones for tonight...I'll report back after dinner.
