He was in new hire training, just having passed the initial ops exam. They took a break and were all sharing their hard knocks stories of being furloughed from one carrier to the next. Only he and one other member of the class left jobs to take this one. Well, they came back from break to watch the events on TV and plan for their inevitable furlough that week. |
