Oh, how terrible.
I think the saddest part of that article was the 16 year old who's mother put her on the earlier flight to take a later one herself. God, i can't imagine how that mother feels now. I bet she'd give anything to have switched flights with her daughter.

It's truly sad for everyone involved!!
