Ha! We're are SO waiting for a cop to come banging on the door saying "what have you got growing down there!!!!!". There's a widow that looks right in at that plant rack, and if someone were to go look in the window, they could see everything.

The lights do add to our power bill, but the time of year when we use them (March - mid-May) there's not much else drawing power, we don't need the furnace or air conditioner so we really don't notice the power usage.

We figured it out last year, and figuring the commercial price for flowers per flat at $16.00, we grew $750.00 worth of plants for $300 in supplies & power.
