The best thing right now is I can say I am done with interview hell.
I was offered a job today in the Marquardt School District. (It is in Glendale Heights...includes part of Addison and Glenbrook.) I will be teaching 7th graders this year. The school works on a loop, so next year I will have the same students as 8th graders. I have a language arts block, and social studies.
It is about 20 miles from where dh works, so we are going to start looking for some place to move to.
And tonight I just got a call offering me another job I had interviewed for. I told them sorry, I already accepted a job.
They said they were going to make a decision by the end of the week last week, so when I didn't hear from them I figured I hadn't gotten it.
